The Advocate and Catalyst
Our young, dedicated, and passionate visionary of Washington Housing Advocates is Seattle based entrepreneur, Arnold Camps. The idea of being able to share the company’s success with the community is what drives him to continue to be the best resource for the
community. He understands that his clients are not searching for just a real estate agent/company, but for a true advocate who strives for his client’s best interests.

In his own words:
I’m a licensed agent but I don’t consider myself just a salesperson. I’m a business owner, educator in real estate, active real estate investor and marketing specialist. I’m all about recognition, implementing systems and having an action plan. I’ve recently witnessed one of my goals by obtaining “Top 10 Agent” accreditation within my Seattle brokerage. From being the youngest to achieve this status to having been flown out to Las Vegas to appear on an infomercial for a real estate investor association, I have proudly witnessed the creation of my legacy.
I would like to continue my contributions to the community by volunteering my time and efforts to inspire young individuals to succeed by demonstrating that contributing is beneficial to true success. I’m aspiring to enjoy an abundant life of philanthropy, so I can be a great contributor to the striving goals of the next generations and witness the unfolding of the next legacy.
His path
Arnold’s family is of French, Hungarian, Spanish, Uruguayan and Mexican descent. He was born in the beautiful tropical town of Merida in the Yucatán Peninsula of Mexico where he lived with his mother and older brother. His family moved to the Los Angeles area before finally taking roots in Seattle in 1990.
Throughout his real estate studies, he worked as a caregiver for Robert, an elderly man 
suffering with Parkinson’s disease. Arnold developed his character through contributing his friendship, assistance and love, essential in his line of care with Bob. After a courageous fight with Parkinson’s disease, Robert died in 2004. Arnold realized that striving to help others while accomplishing his dreams was the only way he could make a difference.
He obtained his real estate license right away to pursue his passion. Arnold began attending national real estate conferences in San Diego, Palm Springs, St. Petersburg, Dallas, as well as locally to obtain the best specialized education in real estate. He became an expert in helping homeowners in foreclosure, probate, bankruptcy and in distress. He continually provides his clients with the expertise, tools, and guidance necessary to make the Healthy Choice for their real estate needs.
